I'm Valerie Wood, an intuitive channel and medium. For more than 25 years, I've sat with people in some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
The Divine Mother & Father teachings have changed my work and the way I live my own life. The Circle is where I get to share them with you every month, in community.
I'm not here to tell you the "right" way to live. I'm here to help you see what else might be available to you.

Questions you might have
When is new content released? A new channeled experience is released on the first Friday morning of each month. The live Q&A is on the third Friday at 10am Central (11am Eastern, 8am Pacific).
How long is each one? About 30 minutes each, easy to fit into a lunch break or a drive.
Where do I watch and listen? Everything lives in your private Circle member area on valeriewood.net. Log in from your phone, tablet or computer, and watch or listen whenever you like.
What if I can't make it to the Q&A? Every Q&A is recorded and added to The Circle Library. You can also email your question ahead of time.
How do I send in a question? Email your question to valerie@valeriewood.net anytime. All questions are welcome, though not every question can be answered, and some may be held for a future month. You can also ask in the chat during the live Q&A.
Do I have to be on camera or speak? No. You're welcome to join on camera, but it isn't required. You can type a question in the chat during the Q&A, or email it ahead of time to be answered live. You're also welcome to simply listen and receive.
Do I need experience with channeling? No. You only need to be curious. Each month meets you wherever you are.
What if I join partway through a season? Every month stands on its own. Start with this month's channeling, and explore earlier ones in the Library whenever you like.
What might I feel while listening? Mother & Father bring through a high-frequency energy, and everyone receives it differently. You might laugh, tear up, feel a surge of energy, or want a nap. Some people feel unusually clear, and some start hearing their own guides more directly. And sometimes you feel nothing at all, which is completely normal as well. Drink some water and be gentle with yourself afterward. Consider yourself lovingly warned.
Can I cancel? Yes, anytime. Your access to The Circle Library ends when your membership ends.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care? No. The Circle is spiritual guidance and community. It works alongside, not in place of, professional support.
When does The Circle open? December 28, 2026. Waitlist members are invited first. The first channeling is released Friday, January 8, and the first live Q&A is Friday, January 22.
